We were formed in 2009 by our husband and wife team, Kevin and Julie Roberts.
Between 1996 and 2004 Kevin was a construction solicitor. Although he remains a solicitor (non-practising, “n/p”), he does not provide any of the Services in his capacity as a solicitor (n/p). All of the Services are routinely provided by non-solicitors, such as consultant quantity surveyors.
Between 1995 and 2008 Julie practised as a criminal defence solicitor. She does not provide any of the Services but is fully employed by us to manage the financial, accounting, administrative and marketing affairs of our business.
Provision of contractual and statutory compliance awareness training relating to UK construction contracts.
We have extensive knowledge of all the major standard forms of construction contract and a wealth of experience gained since the mid 1990s.
